4. Nature of Service - ESSENTIAL CLAUSE
The User expressly acknowledges and accepts that:
- TopRanker is an automated tool and does not constitute professional SEO consulting or marketing advice.
- AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed and edited before publication to ensure accuracy and compliance with your standards.
- SEO scores and recommendations are indicative and do not guarantee any specific ranking or traffic results.
- The User remains solely responsible for the content they publish and its compliance with applicable laws.
5. User Obligations
The User agrees to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of account credentials
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
- Review and edit AI-generated content before publication
- Not exceed usage limits defined by their subscription plan
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create using TopRanker. However, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
7. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical issues that prevent service usage.
8. Limitation of Liability
Within the limits permitted by French law:
- TopRanker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- TopRanker disclaims all liability for decisions made by the User based on information provided by the Service.
- TopRanker does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.
- In no event shall TopRanker be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
9. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Service (texts, graphics, software, algorithms, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

11. Modifications
TopRanker reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
